To research and understand the use of delivery services in Montreal, in a health crisis situation and help companies in order improve their service and reduce time of delivery.

What is this research about?

As people are struggling with the new context of daily life, companies are struggling maintaining services that give access to essential products as fresh food, pet food, medications and so on. What once was a complementary service, it became the only supply channel to many people left isolated in their own spaces.

About the author

Hi, I am Raoul Flaminzeanu and I drive change and innovation using design as a powerful tool across diverse industries, including e-commerce, insurance, and SAAS. With 20 years in tech and product design, I build and guide high-performing teams to deliver multichannel experiences through effective processes and methods.
